Passing the Tripdash certification, without cramming
The certification is designed to be passed, not to weed you out. Here's how to move through it in a couple of focused sessions instead of dragging it out for weeks.
What certification actually tests
Three things: product knowledge (what you can book and how it's priced), client handling (setting expectations, handling changes), and platform mechanics (leads, commissions, payouts).
It's an open-book test. The point is that you know where to find answers under pressure, not that you memorized everything.
A two-session plan
Session 1 (90 minutes) — watch, don't take notes. Play the lesson videos at 1.25×, keep a single scratch doc open, and only write down things you didn't know. Everything else is signal you already have.
Session 2 (60 minutes) — take the tests one course at a time. Pass one, move to the next. If you fail, review the two or three questions you missed and retake — don't re-watch the whole lesson.
The unlocks are the point
Each passed course unlocks a specific platform feature (advanced flight search, custom hold windows, etc.). Look at the "required for" list on each course card and prioritize the ones that unlock things you'll actually use in the next 30 days.
If you get stuck
Almost every failed attempt we see comes from skimming the commissions module. Read that one carefully — the rest is intuitive.
