How do you handle friends and family asking for a discount ???

Ok so my first clients are basically my family and my friends, like everyone when they start I think. and now my aunt is asking me like so what’s the family rate?? and I don’t know what to say lol

I don’t want to work for free as it's a lot of work to make sure the travel runs smoothly but I also don’t want to be the one who charges her own family 🙄

Right now I’m doing it at normal price and just over delivering but that doesn’t feel like long term plan

What do you guys do? do you charge them full, give something small, or just say no to family altogether?
