What is required, how progress is measured, and what unlocks.
What it covers
The Learn tab holds the required curriculum. Each course has lessons and a test. Passing a course unlocks the features it covers: Leads, Flights, or Hotels.
Progress
Your certification percentage counts every lesson and every test in the required track. Elective courses do not affect the percentage.
Tests
Each test has a pass mark and a limited number of attempts. Wrong answers are tagged back to the lesson they came from so you know exactly what to re-read.
