How to download your certificate
Where the certificate lives and what to do if downloads run out.
Where it is
Once every required course and test is complete, open the Learn tab. The certificate download appears at the top of the page.
Download limit
You can download the certificate a limited number of times. This is deliberate: the certificate is a credential, not a template.
If you have used all your downloads and need another copy, email support@tripdash.net from the address on your account and ask for a certificate renewal. Include your full name as it should appear on the certificate.
