How to receive payouts

Connect Stripe or PayPal, and how the payout cycle works.

Connect a payout method

Open Settings and connect either:

  • Stripe — connect your account through the payout settings link. Best for regular volume; funds land in your bank on Stripe's schedule.
  • PayPal — add your PayPal payout link in the same section.

Do this before your first booking. Payouts cannot be released to an unconnected account.

The cycle

  1. A traveler pays for a trip.
  2. The platform fee is deducted and your commission is recorded against the trip.
  3. Commissions are batched into a payout for the period.
  4. The payout moves to paid once the transfer clears.

You can see every payout, its period, and its status in Payouts.

If a payout is late or failed

Check that your payout account is still connected and verified. If it is, email support@tripdash.net with the payout period and we will trace it.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Update it in Settings. The change applies to the next payout period, not to one already in transit.

It is deducted before your commission is calculated and is shown on the trip payment record.
