Refunds and chargebacks

If a trip payment is refunded in full or in part, the commission is adjusted against the same trip. If the refund lands after a payout has already been paid, the adjustment applies to your next payout period.

Do not promise a refund timeline to a traveler before checking the supplier terms. Email support@tripdash.net for anything involving a disputed charge.
