Trip documents and tickets
Where to store confirmations so the traveler can find them.
Upload confirmations, vouchers, and tickets to the trip workspace under Documents. Attach each document to its ticket where possible so the traveler sees the flight confirmation next to the flight.
Do not email documents as the only copy. If it is not in the workspace, it does not exist when someone needs it at an airport.
