Certification is a set of courses in the Learn tab, each ending in a test.

Lessons include checklists you tick as you go.
Tests mix single choice, multi choice, true/false, scenario and ordering questions.
Passing a course grants feature unlocks, most importantly lead access.
Your overall certification percentage is shown on your dashboard.
