Tripdash-sourced travelers arrive as invitations. First qualified advisor to claim gets the trip.
- The invitation appears in Pipeline with the destination, dates and budget the traveler entered.
- Claiming creates the trip and a conversation, and locks other advisors out.
- If nobody claims in the window, the lead is offered more widely.
The first hour
- Reply in Chat with one specific observation about their destination, not a template.
- Ask one clarifying question, not five.
- Give a realistic price band, flagged as an estimate.
