A manual client is someone you serve entirely on their behalf. They never sign in.
What is different
- No Chat tab; you contact them by email or phone.
- All trip tabs are unlocked from the start.
- You enter the day-by-day and the cost lines yourself.
- Invoices work exactly the same, and you can mark them paid manually.

Keeping it clean
- Record the real payment date when you settle an invoice, not the date you clicked.
- Log every phone conversation as a note so the Pipeline last-contact column stays truthful.
